We've talked to many companies, and problem is always the same -- because these tools require an engineer’s involvement, they go onto the engineers’ backlog, and that’s where they go to die. And the problem gets worse and worse as companies scale.
We believe in a world where Ops and Eng collaborate on this problem. Where Ops are empowered to incrementally build tools for themselves, with as little engineer involvement as possible.
We’re building a tool to facilitate this way of working. It’s a platform for bite-sized software.
